Account Opening Steps

Please follow the instructions to successfully complete your Account Opening Process:

1. This investor account opening form consists of six easy steps. This form can be filled and printed online.  
2. The account opening form must be filled in BLOCK LETTERS.
3. Attach the applicable copy(ies) of CNIC(Resident) / Passport No (Non Resident) for the following:
a. Account Holder(s).
b. Power of Attorney Holder.
c. Nominee.
d. Witness.
4. Attach all the relevant documentation (if applicable):
a. Power of Attorney.
b. Zakat Declaration.
5. Attach A/C Payees cheque in favour of "BMA Capital Management Limited".
6. The duly filled and signed BMA Account Opening Form along with necessary documents and cheque may please be submitted to:
