This investor account opening form consists of five easy steps. Please follow the instructions to successfully complete your Account Opening Process:

1. The account opening form must be filled in BLOCK LETTERS and kindly printed online.
2. Attach the applicable copy(ies) of CNIC(Resident) / Passport No (Non Resident) for the following:
a. Account Holder(s).
b. Power of Attorney Holder.
c. Nominee.
d. Witness.
3. Attach all the relevant documentation (if applicable):
a. Power of Attorney.
b. Zakat Declaration.
4. Attach A/C Payees cheque in favour of "BMA Capital Management Limited".
5. The duly filled and signed BMA Account Opening Form along with necessary documents and cheque may please be submitted to:
