Please follow the instructions to successfully complete account opening procedure:
  • Fill Online or Download Account Opening Form
  • Attach CNIC copy if Pakistani Resident or Passport/NICOP copy if Non Resident for the following persons:
    • aAccount Holder(s).
    b Joint Holder in case of Joint account.
    c Nominee in case of individual account.
  • Attach Zakat Declaration. (If applicable)
  • Attach cheque of minimum Rs. 5,000/- in favor of "BMA Capital Management Limited". This amount will be credited to your account and will be available for trading.
  • The duly filled and signed account opening form along with necessary documents and cheque may please be submitted to following address:

  • Your trading account and your CDC sub account will be opened in 2-3 days after receiving the form.
